Keep my nails looking nice

I have been eating lots of protein, milk, yogurt cheese. I make sure I have some everyday. My nails are now very strong. I don’t need fake nails. The only thing better about fake nails is the uniform shape.

I have been keeping my nails healthy. Yesterday I painted them red. Today I touched up. It feels great to have color on my nail again. I feel prettier with the color in place.

i found that getting my nails done at a salon keeps me from picking at them. I can do them at home myself quite well, but it is going in and paying that makes the difference. my hang nails went away and i am proud on my hands. plus, treating yourself to a a little pampering will make you feel very proud as well. i got acrylic nails that are very short and tasteful, and it was around 20-30 dollars. you can paint them any color, too1

I am keeping my nails looking nice by keeping them short. I have been eating plenty of protein and calcium to keep them healthy. I grew them long for awhile but I could not get them all long at the same time. They look nice short. Perhaps I will try to grow them out evenly again, and then get them painted.

so i have bitten my nails off in two weeks! they’re looking really good! i try to keep them painted so if i feel like playing with my nails i just chip the nail polish off. i’m slowly working to where i wont worry about bitting my nails and can keep them looking really good

And they’re growing now, yay.

So my first manicure and pedicure is complete. Trimmed the nails down so that they are all roughly the same length, soaked them and then slapped on a couple of coats of nail varnish, and moisturising lotion for my skin. The colours look pretty dull and boring, will brighten my nails up next time I paint them.

Having nice nails is a good finishing touch and makes you look groomed even if you are feeling rough. I’m going to treat myself to regular manicures and pedicures at home (it’s always nice to pamper yourself!).

I clipped my nails today. They are almost done growing out the damage that was done by the acrylic nails.
