it will have been half-a-year since I quit smoking. Hooray! That in itself is an enormous thing. But my health could use a little kick in the pants (pants! funny!) – especially right now. The last several weeks I have been really awful with what I’ve been stuffing in my face, and it shows and I can feel it. Time for a little cleansing austerity, I think, now that the semester is over; so, starting tomorrow, I’m going to be eating a mostly raw vegan diet, for at least two weeks and then I’ll evaluate after that.
I’m down to one Tylenol a day and pop with lunch. It’s a boring life but my liver and kidneys like it that way.
I do drink pop with a meal sometimes but I’m free of the caffeine addiction, I think. It’s easier to wake up in the morning because I don’t have to wait for the steady stream of Diet Coke to do its thing. So far that is the only difference I can tell.
Today is Monday, new week, new day, new life. For the past couple of months, i’ve been feeling like a big BLOB.Sleepy all the time, tired of the same old thing. So, what can I do to change that nasty feeling? Well, i’ve come up with a couple of goals.
1. Detoxify
2. Exercise
3. Keep a healthy diet
4. At least a spa treatment once a month (even if it is at home)
5. Be grudge/jelousy/meterialistic free
I guess i’m going fot a spiritual revival here, but its nice to have something to look foward to. I need to do more planning so I shall be recording my days in here. Lets see how it goes:

Breakfast: Packet of Oatmeal ( is that enough food for breakfast?)
