learn how to fish

I said to my husband: “I want to go fishing”.

He said sure. And that all we need now are fishing rods. His parents have a lake near their house where we could go fishing. We just need the implements to do so!

WHEN?

Well, the boating is expensive enough….between the truck gas, the boat gas, boat storage, etc. I will have to wait awhile until I get a fishing pole. I will fish someday and will update this goal :-)

Haven’t bought a fishing pole yet…..I guess I should learn to drive the boat first and then go fishing! Hopefully I will get my fishing pole within the next few weeks.

it was all that I thought it would be. Too bad the guy I went with wasn’t. He was an enrgy drainer. I used to look at him as a lesson in patience. Now I see that I have learned the lesson. I also learned how to fish. I only caught a few sun fish. I learned a lot, I am quite happy with the experience and look forward to doing it again.

Next : FLY FISHING!!

But I still need to get that line of the reel, without the wine. Now what?? who can teach me how to fish?

on vermont fishing areas, what I will find in which river and lake, also found a page on the Department of Health that suggests which fish you can eat and which you can’t eat and how much you should have due to mercury levels. That is scary! I was all set to just go out alone but I still had to pick up my license and then it rained friday afternoon so ….I guess I will have to wait another week.

I read that Missouri is famous for its fly fishing! Maybe it was meant to be…

...if I can learn to fish in Missouri?

It’s summer time right now here in Australia, perfect time to learn how to fish. But should I really “invest” on a fishing rod? I can see this whole fishing thing just being left behind with everything else that’s happening in my life.

I don’t know…I still want to try it though.
