I just want to thank the people that supported me. I was going through a rough time when I deleted all of my goals. In some ways I’m glad that I did – many of them weren’t achievable in the short term, and I should be going day by day right now instead of thinking so big and far into the future.
So this is my new goal – filling up all 43 things with things that are measurable and doable – i.e, not “stretch everyday” but “stretch for 20 minutes a day for 2 weeks), not “read Atlas Shrugged” but “read 50 pages of Atlas Shrugged.” we’ll see how it works.
