energy thinks you should go see food inc, or at least watch the trailor onlin
I saw a presentation about green remodeling a while back. (It was really interesting. btw) They talked about how a lot of people save more energy with other systems than they would with the “greenest seeming’ option. Demand heating system would be equally efficient and solve my current no-hot-water-on-cold-days problem.
So I’m giving this up for now since it may not happen and I have to admit to myself that while this is something I badly want, I probably wouldn’t have done it for years! Instead, I’m going to have a professional energy audit done to find out if this is right for me. (And I just realized that energy auditor is a really cool job and I wish I’d heard of it when I was graduating and applying at places.)
