You know, I added this goal after seeing the 7-11 competition on FourSquare where the prize was a trip to the moon. Like, for real. There is a company that has been selling tickets for civilian space flight for years, and are now booking passage for a flight to the moon. It’s all at www.spaceadventures.com.
Right now, the prices are exuberant, but I figure commercial airline flight used to be a lot pricier, too. In my parent’s day you definately couldn’t fly to Vegas for $30 bucks like you can now. So I’m adding this and either banking on winning a competition someday, or waiting for the prices to come down to something more affordable than, say, several second mortgages. I think it could happen in my lifetime… Here’s hoping! 18 months ago
