strengthen my relationship w/ my parents

Since I have joined a new church my relationship with my parents has only gotten worse. My parents who have never really been involved in my life in a direct way are now telling me I’m going to go to hell.

I’m pretty honest with my parents when I have to be. But I’m just not very close to them. I don’t feel that they are that interested in my life to begin with and I’m not one to share the details of what I’m doing/thinking If I’m not asked. I really don’t feel like my parents have any idea of what kind of person I am.

im not like a total rebel- but i can do better. i defin7ly lie to them all too much
