spend more time with my best friend

My best friend is also the hubs. And despite being married for 6 years I still can’t get enough of him. His work schedule and my life schedule lately have been conspiring against our together time. Also- kids. They’re awesome but it makes face to face one on one talk/hang out/snuggle time rare.

She has decided to not have me as an important part of her life anymore…this wasn’t a conscious decision, so there is no way I could be upset at her. A best friend is a priority, and I haven’t been one of her priorities for a long time now. This goal is now out of my control, and so I’m giving up.

We currently have two days a week now, where we have one class together, then seperate classes later that day but at the same time. We get to walk back and forth together, and spend much needed quality time with each other. It makes me happy! :)

I don’t get to see my best friend very often,and now that she is moving three hours away, our time together will be much less. Spending time with her is a boost to my happiness, a boost to my self-esteem, and the most fun I ever have.
