Went to Gym 4 times per week for the last 3 weeks, and five times this week. :)
NOW THAT I AM DEPED INTO THE AIR FORCE, I AM DEFENITLY MORE MOTIVATED TO GET INTO SHAPE!!!
I HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN WORKING OUT EVERYDAY FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS.. TAKING TWO OF THE DAYS KIND OF LIGHTLY (RUNNING AND SITUPS).
MY GOAL NOW IS TO MAKE THE WARHAWK AWARD FOR THE AIRFOCE:
1.5 MILES: 10:55
2 MINUTES OF SITUPS: 60
2 MINUTES PUSHUPS: 40
PULLUPS: 5
REALLY, I HAVE TO WORK ON THE PUSH UPS AND THE PULLUPS.
I CAN DO A MILE AND A HALF IN ABOUT 12 MINUTES… SO, I NEED TO WORK ON THAT, BUT I THINK IT WILL COME. I CAN DO ABOUT 15 PUSHUPS (NOT USED TO THE SHOULDER WIDTH APART ONES), AND 1 PULLUP!
