    My poor system... 3 years ago

    ... doesn’t know what to do with a proper sleep time! I went to sleep at a fairly reasonable hour last night. I even allowed myself an Ambien to be sure I’d sleep through the night & be well rested to start the week fresh.

    Yeah, right. 3am – POOF… straight up in bed. Now, that has NEVER happened. Well, never with Ambien. You’d have to know the medication to know what I am talking about. Five mg will get me through 4 hours of sleep – no more, no way. But, 10 mg will knock me out like a light – so much so that I rarely allow myself to take it because it’s scary to me. I never wake up before 8 hours – NEVER!

    Until… now… lol

    See, there’s always a first time for everything. Love those people who are so stuck in “never-world”. It’s only never until it’s OOPS, right now!

    My pharmacist thinks I should go see a sleep specialist – after some study she read about those who have severe side effects to sleep aids like Ambien. I just may do that – especially now…

    UGH… I am so tired…

    ... it’s 12:19am & I am still up… actually I am like a flippin rollercoaster on this goal. One nite I am up & another I can’t stay up… Perhaps first at hand is a sleep specialist!
