I’m going to start running with Martin on Mondays, Wednesdays and maybe Fridays. I really need to work out my legs!

I thought I was in shape. I have alot of muscle and endurance but my class went on a run today. I thought I was going to die! And my lung power has been on low ebb since my chronic bronchitis episodes…
Have to find a way to build up the running endurance again..
