I am a horrible runner, still takes me like 25minutes to run 2 miles and I unfortunately picked up smoking at a young age. But I’ve cut down the smoking by a lot, and I’ve been running a mile every day/every other day/every 3rd day, hope to start running 2 miles every day soon until I hit the 13 minute goal =) This goal and my goal to quit smoking I hope to achieve within the next 6 months.
