Got lost in Cleveland in a taxi (really funny ended up treating the driver to a McDonalds… unfortunately it was in a black ghetto and we were the only white ppl there and they kept givin us weird looks :S) erm.. visited Sandusky.. lot of fun :) Got sunburnt as a lobster in Cedar Point… temperature reached 40C!! :O Erm.. stayed with some complete hillbillies in a trailer in the middle of nowhere..an experience i will never forget :D they were inbred too haha. Go to Ohio, but stay in the civilised bits!! (Sandusky.. Cleveland etc) Im upset i didnt get to visit the rock nd roll hall of fame, but i’ll get over it :) I still keep in contact with my rock nd roll dude taxi driver Dave, who rocks :) He insisted on listnin 2 ac/dc and ram jam all the way through cleveland which was really funny :)
pic : my trailer!! arrgh 2 ppl had 2 stay in that and at some point there was a big ass bee in it that we couldnt get out !!
okay, so i wasn’t too excited about going to ohio. i was just sort of dragged there. it actually turned out to be a lot of fun. the rock ‘n roll hall of fame was amazing, there are tons of cool exhibits and little movies and stuff. i saw second city, it was hilarious! there are a lot of places to shop and eat, too. i even saw some people in colorful clothes walking around on stilts and people performing music on the sidewalk. it’s a fun little city to check out.
I have spent time in Cincinnati, Columbus and visited a cermatics museum and check out the delightful town of East LIverpool. This one of the wonderful Victorian buildings in East Liverpool.
