Get rid of the shoes I don't wear

One pair I left neatly at the foot of a bench in Midtwon Atlanta. It was actually a nice pair of New Balance blue and white running shoes, in fair condition, needing only some shoe goop for a section of sole.

The other pair was a sturdy pair of grey-silver and white New Balance, which I left on the stand covered by a cloth by the NE exit entrance to Penn Station, where the Evangelical Jews keep their lit except for Sunday I guess.

Hurray! I can finally fit all the shoes I own into one small cupboard. I’ve weeded out all the ones I liked but have never worn, the ones I didn’t like and didn’t wear, and the ones that haven’t been worn for so long, I’m not even sure they fit anymore. All gone. Down to a manageable number of pairs now, and no desire to accumulate more!

I’ve nearly done this! Have taken 10 pairs to a recycling/charity place, but I think there may be more to go…
