I’ve always loved animals, and I hate the pain they endure and that some people aren’t very helpful to lend a voice to those who need it. This is why I’ve decided I want to become a veterinarian =]

Animals ROCK! I love them and its my dream to be a veterinarian. I loved them before I could even talk and it is my dream.
I’m an animal lover, and they are my true passion. I’d love to care for them as my career.
For as long as I can remember I wanted to be a Vet. My desire to be a vet started with my love of animals and progressed when my first hampster died at the age of 13. I cried like a baby and from that point on I vowed to myself that I will become a vet so I would be able to help save the lives of animals, or do the best I can. I even started a home business walking, caring and bathing animals to get things rolling. When I finished HS my childhood dreams got pushed to the side. I’m now in my senior year at SJU, graudating with a BS in Psychology, wondering what happened to my vow I pledged to myself years ago. After graduation I plan to enroll at Vet Tech Institute in PA so I could get back on track with my dream. Although the track I’m leading on is to get licensed as a Vet Tech, I’m still aspiring to become a Vet. I just don’t want to jump into school full trottle and learn its too much to handle becoming a Vet. The love of animals is what brought me back to my childhood dream but I don’t know if the love of animals is enough to persue my dream because I still love interaction with people.
i’m doing this course right know…i will complete it in 5 years time.. =))
wish me luck!!
