I’m 21 years old,5’10’’ in height. But I’m only 120 LBS.I looks like a chinese chopstick.I’m suffering from hyperthyroidism now.I would take medicines as doctors prescribe, take rest properly and have a better diet. After I’m allowed to take exercises,I would work out more often.

I was about 114 last month and then got sick and couldnt keep anything down so i lost alot of weight and its usually up and down like this anyway. I dont know what to do to help myself gain weight with out having to switch to drugs. Any suggestions?

When I started going back to the gym I was 141 pounds. My first goal was to gain 10 pounds and I did that pretty easily. My second goal is now to make it 20 pounds. I’m about 158 pounds at the moment so I think I have about 4-5 more pounds to go.
i am 13 no hips thighs or breast totally flat like a walkin toothpick what can i do to move from 00 to at least a 0 in pants
Okay so Ive always been a big guy…
right now I am right at 6 feet and wavering about 235 pounds…
well with it being spring break, I had a friend over for 3 days and 2 nights. It was great, we did nothing but sit around being lazy. My parents bought us so much chips and junk to eat too. So between the two of us, me mainly though since my friend is pretty small, we consumed 2 12 packs of soda, and about 6 bags of chips. this not including our huge homecooked meals. it was great.
Ive been gaining for a while, but Ive been stuck right at 235.
well, this week I shattered that. over the whole week, but mainly these last three days, I have gotten all the way up to 244 pounds, a 9 pounds increase.
It is amazing… my “baggier” pants are now rather tight, my XL shirts are getting to be almost skin tight, my belly is jiggling much more.
It is great. I can feel my belly jiggle even more than it used to when I walk. Today in the car, I noticed it doing something new, rather than just jiggle at the bumps in the road, it was jiggling at every turn, though slight, I could feel it and it was amazing.
And, as if the icing on the cake… when I got dressed today, I didnt put on a belt, unusual of me, since my pants are usually a little baggy. I didnt notice it at first, but my pants were tight, and my belly was hangin over more than usual. I went to my room to get something off of my desk and as I was crossing the room, I dropped it. So I leaned over to pick it up… and right when I bent over, the button on my pants popped right off… I was so happy:)
It is just great, I am finally out of my weight ditch, and I am continueing to gain!

Actually was sick when I made my last entry on here… I’ve been gradually getting over it. But it’s kept me from doing much exercising or anything.
I got a package from Amazon today though, and it had a scale in it.
So now I at least know where I’m starting at.
Though I think I’ve heard it’s better to weigh yourself in the morning, so I might get a more accurate reading in the morning.
And I think I’m over this sickness enough that I can start exercising a little more.

I’ve wanted to do this a few times, but it’s easy to get discouraged about it or not get started since I don’t have a scale to monitor progress with.
I honestly have no idea how much I weigh right now. So I don’t know where I’m starting at yet. But I’m sure I could gain 20 pounds and still be fairly skinny.
And so that I’ll be able to monitor progress and figure out when I’ve actually completed this goal, I ordered a scale on Amazon a little bit ago. Once it comes, I’ll be able to see where I’m at and have periodic “weigh ins” to see how I’m progressing.
