I’ve taken more of an interest in pilates and have started focusing on core strength. I’d like to find a balance between pilates work and gravity strength training.

Going the gym is the best habit I’ve developed this year. I love the increased power I feel in my body and the muscle tone is nice to look at as well.
I love it! Been at it a couple weeks and already feel stronger and can see definition. Engaging and motivating.
