How I did it: The BEST outdoor music festival I went to was two weeks before Saint Patricks Day and it was the local Irish Fest. http://www.examiner.com/x-2387-Tampa-Getaways-Examiner~y2009m2d27-Irish-Festival-in-Cape-Coral  I have a video of the bagpipes and playing Amazing Grace (brought tears to my eyes), but I can't upload it. I have been to numerous outdoor fests, but that was one to always remember. =)
