May was my writing month, and I enjoyed it immensely. It was over too soon! I spent a few days at a retreat centre where I had my own room, delicious meals, and lovely grounds to walk on. I will certainly be going back there.

I’m going to leave this goal on my list, because I still want to spend a month at a bona fide artist’s retreat centre someday. 7 years ago

I would love to spend a month in a cabin, on a mountain with a beautiful view and my painting supplies. Get up take a walk, maybe swim, skinny dip… Something I have never done but wouldl like to try. Get back to the cabin and start painting. 8 years ago

My application to spend May at a writer’s retreat wasn’t accepted, so I’ve decided to plan a do-it-yourself retreat, which will include a trip for research, and a month of dedicated writing (in various places where I hope to have other people cook for me!) 8 years ago
