I can definitely say that having set this goal for myself led to an overall lifestyle change. I now regularly eat large amounts of vegetables on a daily basis, try to shun carbs, and eat enough protein. Doing good!

Subway isnt around the block anymore, but McDonalds isnt across the street anymore, either. Bonus. And now when I want to eat out, I’m having sushi or pho. Much, much better.
I’ve gotten to where I’m eating mostly Subway, and pho, which, between the two, I’m probably gettin way better nutrition than I was previously, and if I keep my portions reasonable, its still low cal. And no eating after six or seven pm! Thats a hard rule to follow :)
I’ve been pursuing this goal avidly for about two weeks now, and doing very well. I’ve had McDonalds once, and visited Subway once or twice a day, instead. Im sure they’re getting tired of me over there!
See, I’m a lazy ass young ‘un who’d rather eat from McD’s (across the street from my apartment) rather than actually cook. But in keeping with this whole laziness thing, I realized that Subway actually allows me to be lazIER simply because its on the same side of the street, and I dont have to dodge cars. Woo!
