I decided to make a small group for friends so we can all share our ideas and make plans and of course to encourage each other to keep going on whatever we are working on so far im basically the only one really posting but it is just started i hope people start posting and having fun with it ive been posting a ton of things for conversation starters for whenever people log on so hopefully that kick starts it :) im feeling fairly good about it all and will definitely keep me going and push me to be more social at the same time lol 19 months ago

it was sooo cold out this morning and i was way to tired to be getting up that early and walking around my son didnt really like the cold stroller either even though he was bundled up im definitely going to have to plan for colder weather better then i did and get my sleep schedule set decently so i can do this and not feel like a zombie popsicle but all in all im not sore from the walk my feet ach just a tad from the new shoes but other then that im fine so thats good i think this idea is more or less to get into a good habit with a few things and to really help my friends get off their rear ends and me socializing more but all in all im trudging along even though i soo didnt want to do it this morning… 19 months ago

ok so part of the plan is that i have a few friends that will go for walks with me
so far its monday,wendsday, and friday i think something around 8am not really looking forward to the double habit change but it needs to be done so tomorrow is the first day oh and my sons dad is sick so he wont be taking him for a few hours so its up at the crack of dawn for my son to he can just pass back out in the jogger stroller lol i also went out and bought myself a new pair of shoes for this new habit :)
just need to really work on us going to bed early and getting up early so we dont die on our walks and want a nap when we get home :p 19 months ago
