... in a brand spanking new 16-year old Volvo 240, and had a great time. One of the better parts was stopping over in random ciitis in Germany for rest at around 10pm, driving around on gut instinct in the dark, looking for a university-ish part of town for some food and a beer and a place to sleep. Both ways, it ended up being a very pleasant surprise. Oh, and Italy was fantastic. Enjoy the regional foods, different food in each region, it’s really something.
