appreciate others

I’m a bitch and I admit it. I appreciate no one and think I’m right all the time. Everyone else sucks and no one is as good as I. So, stick it!

I am a volunteer coordinator at a non-profit and also work part time at another non-profit organization and since I have begun working there I have come to the realization that there are so many people that do wonderful, selfless acts each day – but are extremely under appreciated. I am not just talking about the hundreds of volunteers that help non-profits work toward their mission, but everyone else in the world as well. Fathers, mothers, preists, neighbors, co-workers, friends, strangers. They are all under appreciated. Since I have begun my volunteer coordinator position I have tried to put in place regular reminders to appreciate my volunteers, whether is be a simple Thank you, a card, an email, or out annual Volunteer Appreciation event where we hand out pins, awards, and certificates. In my own personal life I try to thank friends, family, and others the same way – emails, phone calls, cards, letters, and so on. Appreciating others is something that you can not overdue. This is something that should be on everyone’s list all the time.

Hehe, actually, I realise that I would prefer to know all of your birthdates first hand on my own rather than getting from others’ posting..Therefore, pls feel free to update your birthdays here on this entry, so that I can keep track all of them here, thank you very much!! (Don’t be shy)
