    managed to eat one packet of quaker oatmeal peaches & cream at 730 this morning. brought a fiberone bar with me to the office and ate that already, too. now i wish i had prepared a lunch… lol.

    it’s easier if i keep things like fiber one poptarts at work…
    i need to start buying fruits and veggiest just to have around the office… even bagels and cream cheese or something.

    ... i think i’m going to have to give up this goal. it just seems like my body rejects food until i’m totally awake and moving on with my day. i can get up at 6am, have my coffee, but if i even try to eat anything before 1030 maybe 11am, i’ll gag while trying to choke it down. i just don’t think that everybody’s built the same way. yes, breakfast might be the most important meal of the day but how can it be that important if i’m completely unable to eat it? maybe i’m different… maybe my breakfast is allowed to be at 1030 or 11, after i’ve been awake nearly 3 or 4 hours. as long as what i eat is healthful….

    OMG, this was sooooo good! On a whim, and out of the need to do something with a very very ripe banana, I decided to make a blueberry and banana smoothie, and freeze it in popsicle molds. so, here’s another recipe to add to my permanent menu. I think I can even eat these for beakfast! No sugar added, the extra ripe banana is sweet enough!

    add to blender:
    1 (very ripe) banana,
    1 yoplait cup of blueberry yogurt,
    cover with 2% milk,
    add handful of blueberries,
    and blend.

    you can drink it or freeze it, either way, it’s awesome!

    weekends have proved harder to eat a “breakfast.” seems more like i just nibble all morning. yeserday it was sunflower seeds and cottage cheese. i woke up before 6 this morning, just stayed in bed till 7 finally and got up. i know i should eat something and the closest thing resembling a breakfast i can think of that i could stomach right now is some oatmeal and blueberries. maybe….just maybe a granola bar. i ought to do it, but i can’t bring myself to. no appitite.

    Well, I successfully managed to eat breakfast Monday-Friday this week! Today’s breakfast was actually eaten at home before leaving the house! It wasn’t the best breakfast in the worpd, peaches & cream oat meal w/ some fresh blueberries thrown in and a fiber one bar… baby steps. I have my yogurt here at the office for a snack along with a cup of applesauce.

    Well, I’ve been successfully eating breakfast since Monday of this week. Altho I haven’t been eating upon waking up, I am able to make my breakfast and bring it to work with me. It usually consists of: a bagal (with either cream cheese or peanut butter), a yogurt, a fiber one bar, and some fruit. Sometimes I throw in a hard boiled egg. I’m not sure if I want to call it breakfast tho since I don’t eat all of these things immediately in the morning or all together, rather I eat them all throughout the morning… while I’m at work. But hey, it’s still eating more than I normally would at 9:30am…
