ask people more questions

And I don’t ask them in return. I know its not a big deal, but when someone asks in return, it makes them seem more sociable, friendly and responsible. I need to start doing this. Why is this so hard for me??

I don’t have to ask how they are each time. I just want to ask people 1 question each time I see them if they ask me a question (such as “how are you?”).
