the kids got for Christmas, I’m feeling so guilty about how quickly we’re going through batteries. So, I’m going to try to slowly convert over to rechargeable over the course of 2008.

I already had some rechargeable batteries, but not enough for everything; my husband bought me some more for Christmas so I have enough now to accomplish this goal.

I am really excited about not throwing any more batteries into the landfill. This was easy to do.

and batteries over 5 years ago.

I think my AA batteries aren’t recharging anymore (I rarely used them over the past year, and they were totally drained before I plugged them in last night).

Granted, I haven’t exactly been kind to them and maintained them according to instructions (if there were any). But I’ll be sad to see them go…

Wouldn’t they just get a progressively shorter play time if they were dying? These ones aren’t doing anything.

actually, most of my crap is already on rechargables.. Rayovac are the brand I found to be pretty top notch. All I have left that runs on throw a way batteries is my tv remote. I’m getting some AA recharge’s for it this weekend..
