I am working with the Midtown Global Market in Minneapolis. We are an unique community of multi-cultural vendors but have been struggling first year in business. I want to help the Market and her vendors be successful in all of their busienss doings, primarily in marketing, merchandizing, advertising and customer service. Oh, and time management! So far it is a learn-as-we-go situation.
I, individually, and I believe that we, collectively, have to overfcome attitudes of victimization—and begin practicing healthy business practices.
There is a book our PR firm gave us to read, “Why We Buy,” by Paco Underhill. I am reading that now if anyone else wants to read and discuss it.
