...but I feel like they will always be lingering in the back of my psyche, asking for care and love and things I just have stopped feeling for them.
Its not that I don’t respect them, I do, but for some reason, I can’t feel love for them anymore, and I just see that everything they have felt for me has been genetically programmed to help further the passage of their genes through me. But does that make their love any less worthy? I can’t tell, I just want to be free from it…
