    I can feel the toasty warmness already.

    724 pieces of material of
    39 different colours and patterns
    8 years in the making
    5 littl’old church ladies stichin’along with me n’my8yr old daughter
    =1 beautiful, priceless, hierloom, cozy, colourful

    I’m finally getting time and motivation to work on my quilt again. I am pretty close to done with all the hand work now so all that will need to be done is the putting a back and batting and sewing the border on. Yay!

    Mom quilted and bound my gingerbread top 3 years ago

    I had this top for a long while without a border. A couple of weeks ago I finally added the borders. My mom has quilted it and bound it for me. This top was a strip piecing class that Mom gave and I took. Lots of fun. It is orange, brown and a off white fabric with gingerbread on it. It will be nice for christmas with very non-traditional colors.
