punketta is so very, extremely joyous that she should be shimmering
im so clumsy
but when I go into a handstand
the few rare moments i’m balanced
i feel AMAZING!
it’s so balanced and perfect
i wish i could stay that way forever
but in less than a second, im back down again
are there any tips people have?
I’ve always loved doing handstands, or trying to do them. Through my yoga practice, I now understand how the right alignment makes holding one possible. I work on it a lot. On occasion, I can hold it, once maybe as long as 7 seconds. Sticking it makes me feel strong, capable, and whimsical all at once. I want to be able to consistently stand on my hands, for a long time.
