smile at as many people as possible

A couple of weeks ago, I was sitting in the Rideau Centre in Ottawa, enjoying an early morning cup of coffee. People were bustling into the mall from the Makenzie King bridge enterence, and I noticed that people were well dressed, and most walked in a hurried fashion, but what really caught my attention was that NOBODY was smiling, not one person smiled as they passed by me. This kinda struck me as sad. People are so worried about career, and everything else, that they can’t take a moment to smile. I want to meet someone who’s willing to take a moment out of his or her precious day, and smile at me. :o)
