Well, I’ve now transferred schools and am now a student at Full Sail University in their Game Development program. I’m in my second month, currently learning C++ programming! If I stick with it for the next two years, and if I network and get my name out there, I’ll hopefully be getting a job in the field when I graduate.
Well, I am off to college in a few months and I will most likely be pursuing a major in computer science and even possibly a minor in communications with an emphasis in digital media. This will hopefully equip me with what I need to enter the field of game development. I also plan to do some personal study on more specific aspects of programming games, so that I can start to create some stuff that I’ll be able to show off when I do start searching for a job.
