so i didn’t on thursday night but did on friday morning…need to do this every other morning…due again tomorrow morning
I am close to being the best I can be physically but I want a round firm butt. Goal for tonight: 3 sets of 20 reps squats and 3 sets of 20 reps leg raises. This is a start!
