I want this because,I have always been “Fat” and I want to be skinny for once in my life I cant do this alone and hope someone can help me threw this. I need this because lately it has got so bad i just cant handle it. I want to change not just for myself but for my bf hes been so surpportive and i love him so much. I want to make this change for him too.

Hey, this is gonna be my final try before i turn 20 and hope to gain some support and good advice here. I really love my boyfriend and i want to look good for him as well as myself. I have a twin and it would be nice to finally look like her again after being more overweight for about 9 years now. Anyway, thats all kind of personal but if nothing else, then this is at least something to look back on.

hi my names lacie and im a volunteer firefighter im going to school full time so i can get more education about firefighting and also take the EMT class so become a paramedic as well and trying to find a parttime job to move out on my own im only 18. like from my title i really want to loose 65 pounds to become my healthy weight i dont look overweight but i am and i want to beable to ware a bathing suit or a skirt or even a nice dress what i really want is to look tone and nice cause im kind of bulky i can bench press 150lbs. and squat 300 so its mostly muscle but in the belly part and thighs its fat

Since I posted this goal a while back, I’ve lost somewhere close to 15 pounds-ish so 50 pounds left to go ::pumps fist in air:: and I’ve been trying really hard to at least do the fitness test on the wii fit everyday so that I know if I’m going in the right direction. I’m kind of proud of myself for actually keeping up with something, even though I have classes, readings, work and other things to occupy my time with, so I figure that 15 pounds, while not really changing much of my diet is a good thing. Actually, I have cut out pasta from my diet. I ate it all the time, and it was a huge reason that I felt so sluggish. I can’t say whether or not it has worked yet, because I have a cold, so I pretty much feel sluggish anyways.

Does anyone else adore the Biggest Loser?
I’m currently watching the premiere, and I gotta tell you guys – its seriously motivating to see people like me (perhaps a little heavier with me, but I’m talking about at the edge of their ropes) whip themselves into shape. I realize that they are on this ranch, working out and eating healthy with the help of a coach and a million and a half cameras pointed at them, but these are really strong people! They push themselves beyond for these trainers, and they get the results. I know I wouldn’t be able to do that here at home. No way would I be like ‘hmmm I can’t breathe… know what would be good right now? 5 more kilometers of walking! Yay!’

I somehow got the chance to buy a week fit last week, and I obviously jumped at it (they are impossible to find anywhere). The great thing about this consol is that it has a scale, bmi claculator and a progress chart put right into it! I’ve been trying to do a lot of the little activities every day (my favourite are the balance and yoga exercises!), but I do tend to be too busy. Which brings me to my next topic: the new semester has begun, and I find myself running from one side of the campus to the other once again. I didn’t realize how little I did over the summer until I tried to climb 3 flights of marble stairs in 30 seconds so that I could get to my class on time. I’ve done it last semester (not saying that I’m always late for class, but that I’ve climbed these stairs sans dilemas). Luckily, my weight has gone up over the summer, but it didn’t go down either. I’m really lucky to have to have such a big campus to run around! I hope this will help a little, as it is daily exercise, with the help of my wii fit and weekend/tuesday gym sessions. We’ll see.
But I know this for sure: I can’t possibly stay the same weight I am now. I’m unhappy with myself and unhappy with my lifestyle, and I know I need to change. Perhaps I should add a ‘stop being so stubborn about change’ goal to my profile on 43things. hmm…
