this is not just all about my ‘career’. This infers on my social relationships as well.
How I represent myself. How other’s might see me is not my own problem to own, there is nothing I can do about what you think, what I am in control of how I am with you. And not just to one individual but to society as a whole.
I think what I am trying to say is that I have realised that my mode of communication with others might need refining.
