So yesterday I printed 6 sheets of Flylady´s Boddy Clutter Investigator. I think that writing down what I eat will be helpful to keep me on track. Of course when I came home at night I wanted to eat sweets and thought about giving up on writing down what I am eating, but then I thought: who am I kidding?
Anyway…food was not very good yesterday, but it was better than the other days. I want today to be better than yesterday, and so on.
On a related goal, I am drinking about 4 cups of water a day now, and I want to slowly bring this number up.
So that´s that for now.

This is really not as easy as I’d hoped. I’ve been working at this for almost three months now, in a fairly low-key way. I run twice a week and don’t eat junk food.
(Although this week I’ve been feeling a bit demotivated and I actually ate some pizza, okay – a whole small pizza – and then I’ve started developing a hot chocolate habit. But I have been really really good apart from that.)
I bought a set of scales a few weeks ago, so I was weighing myself way more than I should and I now realise that my weight actually fluctuated up to 1.5kg most days.
It usually goes between 57kg and 59kg; and there’s been no change really. But today, I weighed myself and it said 56.9kg! Not much difference, but seeing a 6 at the front makes a difference for me psychologically.
I still have to do my run today…
