Run a 9 minute mile

Ran a 3k this morning in 16 minutes, 45 seconds, which in my calculations came out to exactly 9 minutes/mile!

I ran a mile in 9:03 today. Tomorrow I might even be 3 seconds faster!

started with about 11:20 in september, took a two week break in december, and my first run was 8:45! the fastest time before that was about 9:10.

I did a 9:50 mile and didn’t die. THANK GOD! Hotdiggittydog!!

Today, I ran one mile just under 9 minutes. I don’t think I’ll be going for the 8 minute mile goal for a while.

Yesterday 8:43! Fastest mile ever by a fat girl!

I did the manchester 10k in 1:1:04 – much quicker than I was anticipating.

That’s 9.49 not yet where I want to be, but the right side of a 10 minute mile :-)

I’d like to run faster. But a 9 min mile is my goal for now.

the mile run test is in a week or so and so far it looks like i will most definately make it. :) i’m so happy it will be my fastest mile ever.
