For two long I’ve stared at other people in jealously over how skinny and great they look. I’ve had enough – this time I’m gonna make this a reality. I want to feel more comfortable in my own skin and confident. I’m going to take it easy though, I’m not going to exercise too hard – I made that mistake when I was younger and my period stopped, don’t worry it’s started again! And I will exercise three times a week coz that’s all you need. I will eat healthy – plenty of fruit and veg – and the occasional treat here and there. I will not fall off the wagon this time, I beleive in myself this time.
How to drop a dress size
How I did it: I find that thinking twice before munching helps, monitoring calorie/fat intake and writing everything down that you eat, and weighing and measuring every week works wonders!
Lessons & tips: Weigh every day and take the average for the week
Keep a journal of calorie intake

I’ve been trying to lose weight for 8 years. Finally last October I got serious about it and hired a personal trainer. Since then I have lost about 25 lbs. I recently moved out of the country so I had to give up training but I am still wanting to lose another 40 lbs. One dress size at a time is what I keep telling myself.
i’m currently in between sizes and it is very frustrating walking into shops, spending half an hour in each, just to come out with nothing, as NOTHING will fit. yes, i may be the national average but i don’t think i will feel properly confident walking into ‘new look’ or something if i’m not at a real size 12. or even better 10. just need a bit of a kick to actually get started on this.
No half and half though, no “Ohh the size 8 fits.. sometimes”. I want a one size wardrobe!
H12 is having a grey day!
I’m finding this really difficult at the moment cos I have reached a point at the moment where it doesn’t seem to be that big a deal! I do however want to feel a bit more comfortable in the clothes i’ve got so still some work to do and as I get on track with some reguler exercise hopefully this will begin to happen.
I have been wanting to lose just a little bit of weight for a long time. I have tried time and time again but I just can’t seem to shed those extra about 20 pounds that are extremely annoying, i am currently 145 lbs, well see how it works out this time.
I did this this year – I bought a dodgy workout video and made myself do it almost every day, plus lots of sit ups. The only problem is that now all my clothes are too big and I’m too skint to buy a new wardrobe so I look a bit like a junkie.
I have wanted to this for a while. i have wanted to drop a dress size for a while and i will feel much better about myself afterwards. I have already started trying to put this into action, i have started swimming, last week i went 3 times and am going again tomorrow, i am trying to the eat properly 3 times a day also. at the moment i am a size 16 on the bottom and a 14 on top
