do something about Sudan

seems like a good channel for financial aid to Sudan. I got sold on them as I was looking for a way to help China following the quake. A Chinese coworker on the ground told me which agencies were really doing some good. I researched how that money was being delivered, and it was via Mercy Corps. Now I have learned that Mercy Corps does some work in Sudan, also. I trust them because I feel like I have some feedback from the other end, at least as far as China is concerned.

I don’t see the difference between yesterday’s Washington-sponsored attack on civilians in northern Iraq and the attacks in the 80s sponsored by Khartoum against civilians in southern Sudan. Our government seems bent on wrecking havoc somewhere else, just as we are trying to figure out what to do about another crisis.

funds that are invested in companies that profit from the suffering in Sudan. So first I have to figure out which ones those are (I think I am in three right now and I think they are all Fidelity funds) and then I need to figure out a more honorable way to invest those funds and then I need to move the investments.
