become a nicer person

You should look at the nice gestures they extend to someone as a way to make their day better. For example, the easiest thing that you could do is hold the door open for the person behind you. You should remember to look them in the eye, and always say your welcome even if they didn’t say thank you. (you can always play it off like you weren’t even paying attention to them and that you just assumed they would reward your act of kindness by saying “thank you”.) Who knows, you might even inspire someone to become a nicer person too.

i mean i can be a bitch at times, but thts only because certain people just want to push your buttons. but sometimes if i get annoyed too quickly i would be mean and say something rude. but mean people rarely have a lot of friends..or at least true ones. so i will start being a nicer person by smiling all the time (:

Apologized to my mother today for chewing her out earlier. I think the hardest thing for a daughter to learn is that her mother is human and has the same right to make mistakes as they do.

The manager of the new neighborhood we’re moving into is a real you-know-what. It is so hard to be nice to her! I am just being as professional as possible and hopefully that is enough.

I am working on becoming a nicer person. People have recently noted that I do not seem happy and a lot of that has to do with not being as nice as I should. I am working on this goal and it ties in with improving my self esteem.

Over time, I’ve become jaded.
And it seems karma catches up with me whether I’m nice or not, so I’d like to work toward more realistic goals.

I have a problem when I see people from the past, I start to feel a little embarrassed. Some people I’m funny about saying hey to. This year I want to make more friends and make up with older ones.

I think I have become nicer, I still cross the line too often though, and that needs working on, but all in all, I’ve achieved.

Being nice is voluntary. No one has to be nice. No one has to even try.

I’ve always considered myself nice, but not nice nice, just nice.
But, I’m going to try and give at least one compliment a day to the people I meet. But I’m not just going to say it, I’m going to mean it. Some people make hollow compliment others; they want something in return.

I want to see people happy, and know that I helped cause that happyness.

I am sure it will make me a much more pleasent person too.
I will perhaps be thought of quicker when people (i.e friends) are thinking who to invite out with them, simply because I’m pleasent to them and I help make them happy.
