A good combo. Getting plenty of real leafy greens at the moment!

Marska is walking the dogs and enjoying the smells of autumn.
I’ve been living out of a hotel for two weeks, with a week to go. No refrigerator, no microwave, etc. Very tired of restaurant food. Feeling overly carbed.
Despite the fact that it feels so cumbersome to buy real, whole green vegetables, chop them up figure out how to cook them (or dress them) and make them taste good, I really need to eat more actual vegetables. My main source of veggies comes from a powdered Green Drink and that’s beginning to feel lame.
Forget the fear of spinach, let’s get some serious produce section purchasing going here. Baby carrots are not greens!! Just bought 3 bags baby salad greens. Cheap. That’s one thing the spinach scare has gotten us, cheap salads, cuz all the produce people want to move their stuff.
I bought a bag of greens at the farmer’s market on Saturday and some salad dressing. I’ve been eating greens in a bunch of diffrent ways. FYI: if you make a food wrap with flatbread or tortilla, it works well to tie it together with a dandilion leaf.
