But these are in and of themselves only strategies, and not everything. To me, getting angry is itself not so much the problem but the symptom of deeper problems, such as fear of loss, desire for power, attachment to things, to power, to security.
All in all, constantly seeking growth toward a more perfect being, or rather toward that opening into awareness and oneness with the Divine Law, or if you would, toward Salvation, this is the crux of normative existence.
