to swim today. It’s very strange because I don’t swim often. Too bad for me I wanted to do it today, there was no way I could escape to a beach or a swimming pool. I went for a long walk instead – one of my favorite exercises.
I thought I had done 30 minutes of cardio, but I did 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Good: Did cardio and strength training.
Bad: Ate a small box of chocolate, all Flirt’s fault (hehehe).

Last week I improved my eating habits by drinking less soda, controlling the size of the portions and eating only when I was hungry.
Until recently I was doing exercises everyday, now I’m a couch potato.
I don’t like to cook and I don’t eat enough fruit and vegetables. Today I didn’t have lunch and I had fast food for dinner.
I need a plan.
It was there all day and I didn’t touch it, although it is my favorite cake. Too bad my will power today can’t erase the fact that I was the one who ate the first half of it yesterday.
