become a full-time barista

I gladly admit to being a coffee geek. In fact I love it. I once apologized to my espresso machine, yet I have never successfully done latte art.

So my goal is to, instead of running a measly hour-a-day only on weekdays coffee cart for a measly club, get a job as a barista at a real coffee shop and make good coffee for a living (and for god’s sake figure out how to make a rosetta on top of a macchiato!).
