I’ve always been curious about it, and a few weeks ago, on a whim, I decided to bleach my hair. I did this at a salon, and it was quite cheap. I’m very happy with the results, and I plan on doing it again.
A word of advice, though: if you are doing this, and frequently dye or highlight your hair, please use a color stripper or wait a bit before doing it, or else you will end up with quite the odd color. This happened to me, because I forgot I had my hair dyed brown a few months earlier, but strangely, it gave a very neat effect to my hair, along with a strawberry blonde color that I quite like.

today did some more peroxiding, didn’t leave it on as long as i would have liked because i feared for my hair and i didn’t want a chemical haircut!
i’d like to bleach it every day but u know i have to leave time for my hair to recover, i hate walking around with orange hair tho, hope fully it will be perfect by my birthday on june 21st, thats my goal.
i say if you want to bleach it then just do it.
I have bleached my hair quite often in the past 4 years, and i still have a full head of it, its even healthy!
yup.
It looked good, but it completely dried my hair out and bits of it fell out. I’ve had to dye it back dark again, otherwise i’ll end up bold.

Darn, I want to bleach my hair out again. Looks good when the weather gets hot and I can get a bit of a tan…maybe May or June?
