Well I’ve been doing really good with this one… I still drink coke when I go out for dinner/lunch/watever, and I still drink it when I have friends round, but other than that I’ve pretty much cut it out. I’ve had really bad headaches sometimes, and I have some fairly strong cravings, but I’ve done pretty good with saying no to the coke-addict within. Still a bit to go but with the aid of a new drink I’ve discovered, called “Fuze”, which is some flavoured sparkling apple juice, I’ve almost kicked soft drink all together (above mentioned exemptions withstanding).
How to give up coke (the soft drink!)
How I did it: I just stopped drinking coke. I still let myself enjoy it when I go out and that sorta thing but other than that, no purchase = no drinking! Got massive headaches for a while and caffiene withdrawals but yeah, go there in the end.
Lessons & tips: Find some sort of alternative to fill the void; juice, juice-based soft drink, other soft drinks that you can kick more easily because they dont have caffiene, or even good ol' water. It makes it a lot easier to kick.

As i take every sip im aware of the concequences. my health rate dropping, the exta calories packing on. I have a can of it after skool [sometimes] then half a can for dinner..it might not compare to the severness coke addicts out there in the world are dealing with but in the end, coke is coke and it needs to end!
first: cancel out the coke for dinner cause having that shit at night aint helping.
second: replace coke with water..
I forget sometimes and order a coke instead of something else but generally ive cut down the coke intake …its just getting easyier to just say no to coke
