I study at film school, In fact I do this for television knowledge, rather than for cinema knowledge. Even though, I just like cinema, and keeping up with it will be a pleasant “duty”.

...in my opinion. Film-wise that is.
I’ve only been to the cinema twice three times, one I loved, the other two I didn’t enjoy. There was another film that was released, but we watched at home. So two films in 4 months worth seeing. And I’ve been dying to go to the cinema.
Anyway, Coraline is released today over here and I’m going to see it with my sister and Tom tomorrow. Hopefully this will be one to add to the short list. Anyone seen it?
This film looks amazing! I’m thinking I’ll get a few of my folk together on Wednesday and hit the cinema!
I went to see Role Models the other night which was really quite good! I was skeptical to begin with as I pictured it to fail to be funny… but I was proved wrong.
I’m glad I went, next movie? We’ll see!
I absolutely love the cinema! It’s a real chance to do something with my friends that doesn’t cost a lot of money but is fun for all of us.
I’ve been noticing that quite a few films are being advertised as 3D which sounds very cool indeed. Hopefully I’ll persuade some of my friends to go a little further afield to watch some 3D movies!
2009 seems like a good year for films… so hopefully I’ll get to see a few of the following this year at the cinema!
- My Bloody Valentine 3-D – 16.01.09
- Underworld 3: The Rise of the Lycans – 23.01.09
- Friday the 13th (remake) – 13.02.09
- Watchmen – 06.03.09
- Monsters vs. Aliens – 27.03.09
- Crank 2: High Voltage – 17.04.09
- Angels and Demons – 15.05.09
- Fast and Furious – 12.06.09
- Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen – 26.06.09
- Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs – 01.07.09
- Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince – 17.07.09
- Final Destination 4 – 21.08.09
- SAW VI – 23.10.09
- Avatar – 18.12.09
I’ve definitely been doing this, but it’s slipping now and we’re trying to save money, so it’s for the best. I’ll always enjoy going to the cinema though.
Tom made me go see The Dark Knight again lol. I didn’t mind, just I knew everything that was gonna happen. Didn’t jump this time :P
Wanted.
Tonight: The Incredible Hulk.
Tom discovered The Dark Knight comes out on my birthday and was like “I can’t take you to see it can I?” lol. He’s such a big kid. His reaction when the trailer was shown on saturday. He’s been waiting for it for ages.
