So far my earnings from the start of the year have been $1,731.91 . Oh well, Could be worse.

I havn’t been watching my stocks since december, Just been busy. Welp, Lets see if I can complete this goal before december 07. Hopefully well before that date.

I’m pretty satisfied; I’ll mark this off as done and put my next financial goal up.

Generally, though, I’ve tried to invest in transportation fuels of the future – ones that will replace fossil fuels. They’ve done remarkably well and I anticipate they will do even better once our dependency on petroleum weakens.

They are up $3,570 since the beginning of the year. I will have a goal next year of investing a certain dollar amount more. ;0)

I’m up $2,860 YTD…a far cry from $5K, but also a far cry from $0, which was my total last year.

8/30/06: up $2,050 from Jan 1. We’ll see what the market does after a difficult June and July. $3K to go; we’ll see if it happens by year end. No money available at this time for more investments (darn it!).
