I think it’s important to maintain a good physic, there’s nothing wrong with my body as of right now but there’s always room for improvement.

It’s so frustrating to see the money come out of my bank account every month and then think, “Damn, I didn’t go there even once this month.” I can make every excuse, but of course it comes down to laziness. I’m not overweight but not in the best shape either. I used to be the biggest gym rat. Just need to get motivated to start going again. I love yoga and pilates. I actually miss going, but can’t get my lazy self started.
I haven’t been to the gym in over a year. I have started walking and jogging outside with my iPod and I’m loving it. Soon I’ll start using some light weights at home as well. Might as well just cancel the gym membership!

my fiance and i have been working out however we can at home (he’s been doing push-ups and such; i’ve been practising the waltz steps one of our bridesmaids/close friends showed us, since she’ll be the one choreographing our wedding dances, as well as working on the squats and crunches my fiance has shown me). once we can take a bit more of a beating, we’re heading over to the gym on an as-regular-as-possible basis.
I want to be more physically active. Healthworks is right next to my house (I walk past it every day on the way to and from work). It has really awesome-sounding classes that work with my schedule. I just need to psych myself up for spending the time and the money to go consistently…
It’s been 3 weeks.. I think I can now close this goal.
I’ll keepdoing it.. makes me feel good and less fat! hahahha

dave and i have decided that we’ve got to start hitting up the gym at least twice a week—especially since there happens to be a gym right in the middle of our apartment complex. we’ve already started eating healthier, which has been a huge help.
he wants to lose weight and i just want to tone the parts of me that could use it. if we start getting into healthier habits now it’ll just get easier as we go along. and, this way, we’ll be in better shape for our wedding.
seems like the last few days i havent been going

i got to stay home though and watch my little sister
in which i love alot,

i seriously want to start going to the

I did join the World Gym by the house but it’s challenging to make it there regularly with a busy partner and a baby. There is daycare although Siera doesn’t love it I just need to go a litte more consistently and I’m sure she’ll adjust.
