visit my grandparents more

so i will plan my relaxing time to be with them! simple

my grandparents on both sides are becoming older and older everytime i see them and when they’re gone i dont want to regret not seeing them enough so i’m going to try and visit them more often

is in a nursing home now and has no idea who anyone is…I blew the opportunity. I am a cliche now…I say I’m going to do something, I don’t do it and I regret it later (well, not later…this particular thing will be forever.)

now my grandmother is in the hospital and doesn’t know who anyone is…why didn’t I do this?

i plan to visit one of my grans on tuesday and the other on thursday possibly. i might try and make a cake to take too. im looking forward to it!

For the time I have been able spend with my grandparents recently! It has so been worth it … I know when they are gone I will look back on these times we were able to spend together, remember them and smile.

And I brought him to my new apartment. Now he’s going to spend all his spare time worrying about a gas leak or explosion because of the beautiful antique stove.

Good thing I didn’t mention that my car is parked on the street now, or he would call me every time there is a snow emergency and ask where my car is parked, and am I sure it’s not going to get towed. He’s so sweet, the way he worries about me.

(and cleaned all the rotting leaves out of the gutters-yukk!)

It was good to see him and to be able to help him with his yard.

But he’s too busy to see me! Heh, I’m glad to hear he’s keeping busy. We agreed to get together another weekend soon.
